We would like to bring the Fresh Baked French Classic Desserts back to our hometown, Johor Bahru. And as a neighborhood bakery, we hope to introduce and serve the local community with the best local ingredients. Ultimately serving you delicious, handcrafted baked goods.

We altered some of the recipe to be local friendly (Muslim friendly) but still keeping true to the original creations. Canelé has kick started this business end of 2020 operating in our home base baking ground. As more people tried this under-rated pastry , Canelé, which is not available in Johor Bahru market (when we started) more and more people fell in love with Canelé which slowly expanded to a humble 1st Floor Shoplot in Taman Molek in end of 2021.  As time pass, we slowly brought other French Classic Pastries and Deserts like Tarts, Bundt Gateau and now the new collections of éclair.
